Registration is required for all conference participants. It is recommended to make the registration online. For the registration page, click the link below:

Register for SSDBM 2018

In order to avoid double charges, please register only ONCE. Early bird fees are available until 22nd May, 2018. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as regular registration. Regular registration fees are available until 25th June, 2018. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the conference organiser upon receipt of registration and payment.

Please note that for each accepted research/short/demo paper one author must be registered for the conference before the submission of the camera ready copy!

The registration fees include participation at all sessions, lunch and coffee breaks during the conference, welcome reception on Monday evening and excursion and conference dinner on Tuesday afternoon. Additional tickets for the conference dinner can be purchased during the registration process for 80 Euro per person.

Important: Bolzano is a touristic town and July is one of the busiest tourist months, therefore, we strongly advise you to make your hotel booking as soon as possible.

Support Letters for VISA

If you need a VISA support letter for attending the conference, please send an e-mail to gamper@inf.unibz.it, providing the following information:

Name (as stated on your passport) and mailing address
Residential address
Date of birth
Passport number and country of citizenship
Business e-mail and website of your organization
For authors of accepted papers: title and alphanumeric ID of the paper

PLease, note that registration is required in order to get the VISA support letter and the email has to be sent from your business e-mail address.
